To ensure that we can quickly and easily process your return, please make sure your return meets the following requirements:
- Headbands and Masks are a final sale
- Items must be returned in new and unworn condition
- Items must be shipped back in the original packaging with tags attached
- If an item is received at our warehouse that does not meet these conditions, your refund will be issued as store credit to be used on our website
- Your return must be sent within 15 days of shipment.

You can access your order with the order number and shipping zip code or the email address you used to complete your order. Items that are sent outside of the 15-day return window will not be accepted.
All items may be returned for a refund to the original method of payment. Once your return is received and processed at our warehouse, you will receive an email notifying you that your refund has been issued. Please allow 5 – 10 business days for your return to be processed.

CROSBY offers both standard (3-5 days) and 2-day shipping options. Any 2-day shipping requests sent after 12 pm EST will be shipped the following day.
Price AdjustmentsA one-time price adjustment will be granted on full-price purchases made within 2 days.
CROSBY by Mollie Burch cannot guarantee that your package will not be lost or damaged by the shipping service. If your package is lost please file a claim with the shipping company. Once packages are shipped from CROSBY we cannot be responsible.
