SHIPPING AND RETURNS
We hope you LOVE your new CROSBY! But just in case you don’t, we want to make returns easy and complimentary!
To ensure that we can quickly and easily process your return; please make sure your return meets the following requirements:
- Only full priced items can be returned for a refund to the original payment method.
- Sale items may be returned for a store credit to be used on CROSBYbymollieburch.com.
- Items must be unworn and in new condition.
- All items must be shipped back in the original packaging with tags attached.
- Return must be sent within 15 days of receipt of package.
To complete your return, email email@example.com with your order number to request a complimentary shipping label. Items that are sent after the 15-day return policy will not be accepted.
Once your return is processed by our warehouse, you will receive an email notifying you that your refund or credit has been issued. Please allow 5 – 10 business days for your return to be processed. For full priced merchandise, your refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Sale items will be issued a refund in the form of a store credit to be used at CROSBYbymollieburch.com. You will receive an email with a store credit code to be used at checkout.
We can exchange items only if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the damage.
CROSBY offers both standard (3-5 days) and 2-day shipping options. Any 2-day shipping requests sent after 12 pm EST will be shipped the following day.
CROSBY by Mollie Burch cannot guarantee that your package will not be lost or damaged by the shipping service. If your package is lost please file a claim with the shipping company, once packages are shipped from CROSBY we cannot be responsible.
A one-time price adjustment will be granted on full-price purchases made within 2 days.
