SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. To qualify for a return, your garments(s) must be placed in the mail within 10 days of the date you received it with a Return Authorization number written on the outside of the box. Please allow 10 days of transit time back to our facility. In order to process your return, your garment must have all tags attached.
How To Return
Please fill out THIS FORM to begin your returns process. An email notification will be sent to you shortly after with a return authorization number and prepaid label.
Refunds & Processing Time
If your return package of a full price item is placed in the mail within 10 days of the date received, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment. If the full price item is sent after the 10 days, your refund will be processed for store credit only.
Returns are accepted for sale items and will be processed for store credit only. Promo codes are not included in this unless otherwise specified.
You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account about the refund or credit applied. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from CROSBY.Swaps
If you would like to swap an item for a new size or color, please treat it as a return and order the new size or style available. If you do not see your new item available, email email@example.com and we will try our hardest to fill your request. Any swaps that occur follow the same returns policy as stated above. If a new item is returned after 10 days of receipt of the package, it can only be returned for store credit.
At this time, CROSBY offers both standard (3-5 days) and 2-day shipping options. Any 2-day shipping requests sent after 1 pm EST will be shipped the following day.
