SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Only full priced items may be returned. All returns must be mailed within 14 days of receipt of package.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn and in new condition. All items must be shipped back in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be accepted.Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you of approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment.

At this time, CROSBY offers both standard (3-5 days) and 2-day shipping options. Any 2-day shipping requests sent after 1 pm EST will be shipped the following day.
