Social Media Specialist
CROSBY is seeking a dynamic Social Media Specialist to join our Marketing Team. Reporting directly to the Brand Marketing Manager, this role is essential in amplifying our brand presence across all social media channels.
The Social Media Specialist primary responsibilities include crafting and executing our social media content strategy, supporting influencer marketing strategies, reporting on monthly performance, and engaging with our community to drive growth and brand awareness. While these are the primary responsibilities, CROSBY is a nimble team that will require a proactive and agile individual for this role given the nature of the social media industry.
What you’ll do:
- Content Strategy + Creation
- Develop and execute engaging content strategies across all platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok, with the goal of driving growth, engagement, and brand awareness
- Own and manage the content calendar, ensuring alignment with product launches and marketing strategies while maintaining brand consistency across all channels
- Capture, edit, and post visually appealing content that resonates with our target audiences and aligns with our brand aesthetic and voice
- Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating innovative approaches to keep our strategies fresh and engaging for both new and existing audiences
- Influencer Marketing Strategy
- Identify influencers who align with our brand values and objectives
- Support influencer campaigns by managing outreach, product shipping, tracking, and performance reporting
- Build and nurture relationships with current and potential influencers through active engagement on social channels
- Performance Reporting
- Lead the monthly performance analysis across all social media channels, using data insights to refine and optimize future strategies
- Monitor social media trends and best practices to ensure our content strategies remain competitive and effective
- Community Management
- Actively monitor and manage our social media channels, fostering a positive and engaging experience for our community
- Respond to inquiries, engage with our audience, and build relationships with like-minded brands and influencers
Who you are:
- A college graduate with a degree in a related field
- You have a passion for social media and 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably within the lifestyle or fashion industry, with a proven track record of managing multiple brand channels
- You have strong initiative, high energy, strategic thinking and are very detail oriented
- You have polished verbal and written communication skills, with an eye for proofreading and grammar
- You have a strong ability to prioritize, focus, and provide complete follow through on all aspects of responsibility
- You are willing to learn, have a strong work ethic, and sense of urgency
- Proficient in Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or similar content creation platforms
